Customer Service Representative

Paycruit is looking for a Customer service representative

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $18.25–$24.25/hour DOE

Microsoft 365: Proficient

Key Responsibilities

• Customer service and support

• Answer customer questions by phone/email

• Product selection and vehicle fitment assistance

• Process orders and order changes

• Handle returns, warranties, and customer issues

• Troubleshoot product/fitment concerns

• Assist with sales and upselling

• Maintain accurate customer/order information

• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues

• Strong customer-service skills

• Strong communication skills

• Automotive/product knowledge

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving ability

• Proficient in Microsoft 365
