Early Childhood Teacher

The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, educational environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool children. This role focuses on play-based learning and structured curriculum implementation in a medium-sized classroom, typically housing 11-20 children. The teacher supports child development through careful observation, lesson preparation, and behavior management while maintaining open communication with parents and collaborating with team members.
