Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Title: Nurse Practitioner (Retail Clinic) – Charlotte, NC

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to support an on-site, patient-facing retail clinic in Charlotte, NC 28273.

Pay + Contract Details

• Pay: $74.87/hr
• Location: Charlotte North Carolina 28273 
• Contract to hire
• Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (three weekdays + every other weekend)
• Setting: On-site / patient-facing (clinic)
• Important availability requirement: Must be available to work Nov 25–29, 2026 and Dec 26–28, 2026
• Note: Position is safety-sensitive

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based primary/family care: assess, diagnose, treat, manage, counsel, and plan dispositions
• Perform routine exams, order/perform diagnostic testing as appropriate, and coordinate care plans with the clinical team
• Support clinic operations (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification/payment collection, maintaining a clean environment)
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and support services (health screenings, wellness, chronic condition management)

Required Qualifications

• MSN / Master’s-level Nurse Practitioner program (Family NP preferred)
• Current national board certification
• Active NP license in the state of employment (NC)
• • NC/SC multi-state licensure preferred (may need to flex to a nearby clinic in SC)
• BLS required (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 1 year recent primary care experience (family medicine, primary care, or urgent care) as an NP
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable with EHR/EMR systems and technology
• DEA registration may be required during onboarding (role-dependent)
