A multinational company with a facility in the Wixom, MI area is currently seeking several Assembly Millwrights for a long term opportunity with their growing team. Assembly Millwright pay is anticipated to be $28.00 - $32.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and holidays.

Qualified Assembly Millwrights will have most, if not all, of the following:

• 2+ years of recent experience assembling industrial machinery or heavy equipment.
• Experience reading mechanical blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
• Experience with MIG/Stick welding, fabrication, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and common fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to assemble, install, and test machinery.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support equipment installations.
• High School Diploma preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no H-1B sponsorship or student visas).
• Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment background, drug screen, and reference checks.
