Sales & Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | Cincinnati, OH | In-Person

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Cincinnati team as Customer Service and Sales team. This is a customer-facing sales role for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build professional skills, and is looking for an opportunity to grow within a team environment.

No extensive sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help new team members develop their communication, sales, customer service, and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Work face-to-face with customers
• Represent our clients and their products and services professionally
• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist customers with product and service enrollment
• Build positive customer relationships and brand awareness
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Positive, coachable, and motivated to learn
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends as needed
