A leading Brooklyn hospitality group is seeking a Service Manager to lead front of house operations in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.

We are looking for a true NYC fine dining hospitality leader who knows how to deliver polished service, develop a strong FOH team, and stay hands-on during busy service.

What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of management experience in NYC fine dining or upscale full-service restaurants
• Strong knowledge of elevated service standards and hospitality
• Experience with wine sales and service
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop FOH teams
• Strong POS and reservation system experience
• Confident handling guest concerns and high-volume service
• NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
