Client Success Manager (Print Industry)

Thomas Printworks is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team in Addison, TX. This is an in-person position where you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts. You will manage the full client relationship lifecycle, from initial project intake through production and invoicing, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and growing revenue year over year.

Unlike traditional account management roles, this position is not paired with a salesperson. You will serve as both the relationship manager and the project execution lead, taking ownership of the client experience from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and developing long-term partnerships.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of print and marketing projects, including estimating, job entry, production coordination, and invoicing.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth by proactively identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Expand existing accounts by developing relationships with new departments and introducing additional products and services.
• Prepare accurate and timely estimates based on customer specifications and project scope.
• Enter jobs, organize required paperwork and files, and ensure production receives all necessary materials and information.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, including meeting with installers or suppliers when needed.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients regarding project timelines, expectations, and production concerns.
• Provide accurate, timely invoicing and proactively address and resolve billing issues.
• Manage project communication from beginning to end, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
• Maintain accurate client records and project information within CRM and order management systems.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or another client-facing role; experience in the print or signage industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience using estimating tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Willingness to occasionally work overtime when needed to meet client deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in the print, signage, or marketing fulfillment industry.
• Experience with print estimating or quoting systems.
• Understanding of print production workflows and customer requirements.
