Job Title: Assistant Supervisor

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 5:30AM – 3:00PM-Must be available to work extended hours and weekends

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Supervisor to join our team. This role will support production operations, oversee employees during the mid shift, and ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the Supervisor in daily operations, staffing, and workflow management.

· Oversee and train production employees to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

· Monitor compliance with GMP, food safety, and company procedures.

· Support employee scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance feedback.

· Help coordinate with other departments (Packaging, Kitchen, Warehouse, QA, etc.) to maintain smooth operations.

· Step in as acting Supervisor when needed.

Qualifications:

· Preferred: 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or related supervisory/leadership role.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to motivate and guide employees in a fast-paced production environment.

· Knowledge of safety and quality regulations in food manufacturing (GMP, HACCP, OSHA).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
