CNC Operator

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, reading measurements, inspecting finished parts, and working safely in a manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate CNC machines according to production requirements.
• Load and unload materials into machines.
• Set up and adjust machines as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Make minor machine adjustments when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• Report machine issues, defects, or production concerns to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand measurements and blueprints.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
