Retail Sales Teammate

Bullseye North is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at a busy retail and online firearms store. The ideal candidate holds a valid firearms licence, understands a wide range of firearms and accessories, and enjoys helping customers find the right products with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service in‐store and on the phone.
• Assist customers with product selection that is right for them.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors
• Support online order processing, inventory checks, and product inquiries
• Handle transactions accurately and follow all regulatory requirements
• Keep displays stocked, organized, and compliant with store policies

Requirements

• Valid Canadian firearms licence (PAL/RPAL)
• Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related gear
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly personality
• General computer skills; comfort with POS systems and online platforms
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced retail environment
• Available to work weekends
