Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL Tech) position is located in the healthcare setting that requires a highly skilled professional to support cath lab procedures. The role involves working in a dynamic environment, providing care and technical support for cardiovascular procedures, with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The start date is 10/05/2026, and the assignment concludes on 01/04/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have 2 years of catheterization laboratory technician experience, RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification, and certifications in BLS (AHA). The position requires working in the cath lab environment, with the ability to float to any area for which the candidate is qualified.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in cardiac or vascular procedural support is preferred.
- Additional Information:
- The organization has a strict 3 strike attendance policy, effective 6/1/2024, where any absence or being more than 20 minutes late for a shift three times results in immediate termination, unless supported by evidence of communicable disease or hospitalization.
- The traveler is not eligible for shift incentives and must make up any call-ins within the contract time frame.
- The role involves being available for on-call responsibilities and working in a fast-paced cardiology environment.
