Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care setting requiring 2+ years of radiology experience and ARRT (CT) certification.
Details
- Acute care setting in the CT/X-Ray unit
- 12-hour night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1900-0730
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Uses EPIC charting system
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in radiology preferred, with 1 year experience in a secondary specialty preferred
- Current ARRT registry required with CT certification
- BLS certification required or ability to obtain and maintain
- Washington State certification required for at least two specialties, one of which must be bone density, CT, quality management special procedures, or mammography
- Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training
- Thorough knowledge of specialty theory including concepts, procedures, safety precautions, and effects
- Demonstrated skill in performing high-quality imaging procedures
- Experience or knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy preferred
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Perform CT imaging procedures with attention to safety precautions and quality standards
- Experience with electronic patient information systems preferred
