Job DescriptionThe Occupational Therapy Assistant will work in a dynamic acute care environment, collaborating with a large therapy team to deliver high-quality care. The role requires autonomy in care planning and effective communication within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Assist in providing Occupational Therapy treatments to patients.
- Work in a team-oriented environment with diverse patient diagnoses.
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with Occupational Therapists and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain documentation and patient records in EMR (Meditech).
- Minimum of 6 months acute care hospital OT experience.
- Active Kansas licensure.
- BLS certification preferred.
