Senior Caregiver - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Heavy Lifting. Medication management is required. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. My mother is a 92-year-old dementia patient on hospice. She is very sweet and easy. She weighs 160 lbs and we will need assistance with transfers, feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting and hygiene. At this time she has no wounds but certified HHA/PCT desired. We will be moving her to our home September 17-18 from the facility where she lives now.
