Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I am a teacher at SWISD and I work 4 miles from home. I am looking for a nanny to care for my 8-month-old during the school year. My husband works for heb transportation who has a new schedule every 6 months. I am looking for a nanny to care for my 8-month-old 3-4 days a week. I want someone who will love her and facilitate her growth and well being. I also have 4 dogs so they will need to be comfortable with pets. I would love for the nanny to prepare the meals and play with my baby. I will purchase all groceries and anything needed for my babys care and nanny/baby comfort. I have school breaks so she will be able to take those weeks or days off as well.
