Babysitter Needed for my Children

Seeking patient, non smoker and non fragrance wearer, for day time and afterschool care of my 8-year-old son. He is smart, funny, loves Legos and is curious about science and history. I am looking for an experienced sitter who has worked with behavioral challenges. My son will be doing homeschool with this grandmother. The caregiver would also accompany him to extracurricular activities. He does well one on one and small groups. Larger groups and transitions require positive coaching. Challenging situations occasionally requires physical restraint. Hours can be adjusted based on availability. Right now grandparents are covering too many full days.
