My children take medicine at certain times my 6-year-old is adhd and autistic and they all require someone with care and able to do activities and feed them and occasionally pick the. Up from school. After school they do homework then dinner they are allowed outside time and a little screen time then medicine is given at 7 and its time to relax they may ask for drinks and snacks but one snack nothing more their older brother is there to help if further discipline is needed
