Babysitter Needed for my Children

We recently ran into a problem with our before care plan for our second grader. We need someone to hang out with him before school. There is an option to take him to the bus stop or drop him off at school. 7:30-8:15 for bus drop off or 7:30-8:45 for school drop off. Our son loves to read and is also energetic. We do have a dog in the home. We need someone to do this every Thursday and Friday and some Mondays as they come up. We would also love someone that could maybe be available for two hour delays or snow days/ virtual days on occasion as I teach in a different district than my son. If that were to occur we do have a soon to be 3-year-old as well.
