Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are hoping to find a sitter who can work with our family on an ongoing basis. About every 6 to 8 weeks I need help with all things children around my work schedule. I work a 24 hour and 16 hour shift out of town. So we need someone willing to do early starts, overnights, school/day care drop off and pick up, etc. It wouldn't mean all of that, just around my schedule that week. We realize this is a tough ask so we are willing to be flexible on comp for the right person. We just need someone kind, reliable, and who thinks they can help going forward. We have an angelic 6-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl who advocates for herself.
