Cherry Picker Operator

The Cherry Picker Operator plays a vital role in warehouse operations, handling equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts to safely manage loads and inventory. Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers, forklifts, and scissor lifts to move and handle loads safely
• Manage inventory movement and storage within the warehouse
• Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Inspect loads and materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of operations and equipment usage
• Communicate effectively with a large team (10+ members) to coordinate tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in equipment operation
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to warehouse equipment
• Proficiency in load management and mechanical maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities

Typical duties include:
Operate and monitor CNC machines during production
Load and unload materials and finished parts
Set up machines and make basic adjustments
Read blueprints, work orders, and measurements
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
Follow all safety and production procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
