Job Description
Be part of a newly developing manufacturing operation from the beginning! Our client is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to play a key role in launching and supporting operations at a newly acquired manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to help build maintenance infrastructure from the ground up while supporting equipment installation, startup activities, preventative maintenance development, and ongoing production support as the facility ramps up operations. The role will work directly with site leadership and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on equipment reliability and site performance. Apply now to be considered for this opportunity!

- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and service logs
- Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a closely related field
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with practical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance priorities with limited supervision
- Experience supporting equipment installation, startup, or commissioning activities is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a growing operation where processes and systems are still being established
- Willingness to support both production equipment and general facility maintenance needs
Benefits Overview:
