What You'll Do

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients and residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures.
• Support patients and families with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
• Maintain a positive and dependable presence at assigned facilities.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurses (RNs):
• • Current, active Illinois RN license.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on assignment.
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted-living experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):
• • Current, active Illinois LPN license.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on assignment.
  • LTC, SNF, rehabilitation, assisted-living, or other clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong patient-care and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
