What You'll Do

• Administer medications to residents per facility protocol and your certification
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) — bathing, dressing, mobility, personal care
• Monitor and document resident health, well-being, and any changes in condition
• Communicate professionally with facility staff, residents, and families

What You Need

• Active Trained Medication Aide (TMA) / Medication Aide certification in Minnesota (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation to assisted living communities in the Aitkin area
• A caring, dependable attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• At least 6 months of experience within Nursing home or assisted living facilities
