Bilingual Recruiter

The Bilingual Recruiter will be a vital member of our dedicated recruitment team, focusing on sourcing and placing candidates primarily for entry-level and mid-level positions. This role requires fluency in multiple languages to effectively engage with a diverse candidate pool and manage client communications. The recruiter will leverage online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to build a robust talent pipeline, supporting seamless hiring and onboarding processes with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
• Coordinate interviews and manage applicant screening processes
• Post job openings across multiple platforms to attract diverse applicants
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and candidates
• Assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles
• Prepare recruitment reports and manage candidate databases
• Support onboarding procedures to ensure successful integration of new hires

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Bilingual communication skills
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
• Effective time management skills
• Experience in client relationship management
• Competent data entry skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Typical duties include:
Operate and monitor CNC machines during production
Load and unload materials and finished parts
Set up machines and make basic adjustments
Read blueprints, work orders, and measurements
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
Follow all safety and production procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production and quality goals
