Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) Multiple Service Areas

Here at Dynamic, we have IMMEDIATE PER DIEM openings for a professional, reliable, and caring Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team! Dynamic is a family-owned, Medicare-certified team providing Home Health visits to our patients across the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement occupational therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

• AT LEAST 1 YEAR of previous experience in occupational therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
