- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, power transmission, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read basic electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Recent industrial maintenance, electromechanical, mechatronics, or machine-tool maintenance graduates may be considered with relevant hands-on training.
Compensation & Schedule
Night Shift: 5:00 PM–5:30 AM
Base Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour DOE
Night Differential: 8% after training, bringing total hourly pay to approximately $19.44–$27.00/hour.
Best Fit: A hands-on manufacturing maintenance technician with direct experience diagnosing and repairing CNC machines and production equipment, rather than primarily facility/building maintenance.
