Leasing Consultant

The Kamson Corporation, a Top-tier National Property Management Company,, is seeking an experienced and professional Leasing Consultant for our community in West Palm Beach, Florida

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in apartment leasing and office management
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with I Love Leasing, YARDI, and LRO is a plus
• Bi-lingual a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire leasing process, from initial contact through application submission to Corporate
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
• Tour and present apartments to prospective residents
• Conduct walk-throughs of vacant, ready-to-rent units
• Support additional leasing and office management duties as needed
