Part Time Leasing Agent

Responsibilities will include, but not limited:

*Maintain highest occupancy possibility

*Showing perspective tenants

*Handle resident concerns and assist residents with related issues, problem solving, etc.

*Record maintenance requests

*Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

*Must be self motivated

*Multi task

*Ability to problem solve

*Good written and verbal communication skills

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Experience preferred, not required.
