Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Plan, organize, and schedule electrical construction and maintenance systems.
• Financial Management: Maintain full financial responsibilities for projects, including budgets, accounting practices, and buyouts.
• Field Support: Assist field personnel, coordinate with subcontractors, and resolve site issues.
• Documentation: Oversee submittals, RFIs, schedules, and contract documents. [1, 2, 3]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management experience (7–10 years preferred for certain specialized or low-voltage tracks).
• Project Background: Experience managing commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction projects.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor of Science in engineering or construction management is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction schedules, industry workflows, and federal/state/city regulations
