Apartment Leasing Consultant

Are you a people-focused professional with apartment leasing experience and a passion for customer service? We’re hiring Leasing Consultants to support busy apartment communities throughout Seattle and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and resident paperwork
• Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Maintain accurate leasing records and resident communications
• Support resident events and help create a welcoming community atmosphere
• Utilize property management software for daily leasing activities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Professional, upbeat, and dependable attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, Entrata, CRM, and similar software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
