Apartment Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

We are looking for a thorough Part time Apartment Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises in Sacramento!

You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, minor interior/exterior repairs. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Handy man experience would be great!

This role is great for someone with a sense of team work that enjoys a fast paced environment.

20 hours a week

Compensation: $23 - $25/hr (DOE)

Job Requirements:

• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds daily.
• Ensure exterior curb appeal of the community and cleanliness of grounds. (painting, trimming, fertilizing)
• Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant units to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in.
• Resolve light electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs in a responsible and timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Maintain inventory of all property owned equipment and tools used daily.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Have reliable transportation
• Have valid driver's license & active car insurance
• 2+ years experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
• Previous apartment tech is a plus
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background
