Apartment Leasing Consultant

The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization, is seeking a professional and seasoned full-time leasing consultant for our garden-style apartment community in the Cherry Hill/Maple Shade area.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of apartment leasing and office management experience. They must be customer service-driven, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to multitask; night and weekend availability and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing the leasing process from inception to final submission to Corporate; answering telephone inquiries; showing apartments to prospective residents; walking vacant-ready apartments; and additional leasing and office management responsibilities as required.
