Job Summary
Xray Technologist in Aspirus Wausau. This position involves working in a healthcare environment, providing radiologic imaging services to a diverse adult patient population. The role requires high acuity patient positioning and proficiency in routine x-ray and portable imaging, with shifts scheduled overnight on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, Experience, and Location Requirements: ARRT certification, Wisconsin license, BLS certification, Associate Degree or Certificate, minimum of 2 years of experience, prior OR experience, and experience working in trauma level II and in a 300+ bed facility within the last 2 years.
- Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Comfortable working with adult patients in medical surgical intensive care units, cardiac care units, med-surg, emergency care, and skilled in portable work. Potential to float to all Central Aspirus locations. May be asked to assist during low census periods and during flu season with mask requirements if declined vaccination.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to provide all required licenses and certifications and have prior work experience in the specified areas.
