Hi, Im Santiago. Looking for a reliable housekeeper for ongoing service 2x/week at our 3-level townhouse. Scope of Work * Included: 1 primary bedroom, 2. 5 bathrooms, main living areas, kitchen. * Excluded: 2 tenant bedrooms, garage. * Basement: Basic/mostly empty (shelving & Peloton). Schedule & Pay * Frequency: 2 days per week. * Pay: $150$200/week to start (renegotiable after 30 days). * Payment: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, or check (no cash).
