Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Duties:**

- Communicate with customers face to face, via phone and email, to assist with inquiries and issues

- Educate customers about our products and services

- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Skills:**

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent phone etiquette

- Proficiency in bilingual communication a plus

- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus

- Prior experience in customer service roles

- Proficient in data entry
