This opportunity offers a welcoming home environment, and the patient has his own dedicated living space, allowing nurses to provide focused, individualized care throughout the shift.
Available Schedule
Thursday through Sunday
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Consistent overnight hours
Patient Needs
- G-tube care and management
- Medication administration
- Overnight monitoring and assessments
- Skilled nursing interventions as needed
- Accurate documentation of care provide
