Facilities Inventory Specialist

Join our Facilities & Housekeeping Team and support the heart of our Art/Creative Department! We're looking for a proactive, hands-on team member who's just as comfortable tracking inventory in the warehouse as they are changing a light bulb or fixing a desk drawer. What you will do:

• Routinely organize and catalog warehouse and storage areas
• Pull and return merchandise as needed
• Assist Team Leader with general facilities maintenance as needed
• Support housekeeping team as needed
• Perform work-related errands, including transportation of equipment between buildings/venues
• Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise
• Consistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlines
• Seek and maintain excellent working relationships across the Department and Company
• Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required

Job Description - Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Experience or qualifications in a related field with demonstrated project management skills
• Proficient Mac and Microsoft Office Skills
• Strong work ethic that demonstrates professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and accountability
• Ability to solve problems proactively with patience and intelligence
• Ability to perform Essential Job Functions with or without accommodation
• Ability to perform job duties at the corporate office in Oklahoma City
