• Location:  Wilsonville, OR 
• Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Duration: Approximately 3 Months
• Start Date: ASAP

• Position 1: Thursday - Monday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Kelly Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics operations. This role requires employees to be on their feet for most of the day and work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.

Warehouse experience is a plus; however, candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, serving, retail, or other fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply.

• Prepare, inspect, and ship finished goods according to standard operating procedures.
• Pack, receive, and maintain inventory of products and raw materials.
• Fulfill customer and internal orders accurately and on time.
• Receive, verify, stock, and distribute materials and supplies.
• Process purchase orders and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with inventory discrepancies and quality-related investigations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S practices.
• Communicate effectively with transportation carriers and internal teams.
• Support quality objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely work around chemicals and hazardous materials while following safety procedures.

• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment.
• Pick/Pack, Quality Control, and shipping experience.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
• Experience working in ISO, GMP, or Lean Manufacturing environments.
• Forklift, HAZMAT, CAPA, or other safety-related training and certifications.
