Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant on a contract basis. This opportunity is centered around providing high-quality teletherapy and on-site services for pediatric populations in a dynamic educational environment. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to empower students by fostering communication skills that change lives.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLPA/Candidate for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) program, as applicable
  • Hold active state licensure and, where applicable, Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings strongly desired
  • Background in providing both in-person and teletherapy services to children
  • Strong case management, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Empathetic communicator comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized goals for students requiring speech/language therapy
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy in individual or group settings—via teletherapy platforms or onsite, as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to ensure holistic student success
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and therapy plans, in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Guide and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or work collaboratively as an SLPA to implement therapeutic interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute proactively to the school’s support network
