• Advise supervisors and managers on performance conversations, employee development planning, corrective action, and consistent application of workplace policies.
• Oversee compensation-related processes such as merit reviews, pay adjustments, and recognition initiatives in partnership with leadership.
• Administer employee benefits programs, serve as a key contact for benefit-related questions, and coordinate annual enrollment activities with external providers.
• Review timekeeping records in Dayforce, approve hours as needed, and work with payroll partners to help ensure accurate employee data and pay administration.
• Monitor attendance, leave activity, and employment records to maintain organized documentation and support compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions, separations, and exit processes in collaboration with department leaders while promoting fair and legally compliant employment practices.
• Organize engagement programs, employee events, and communication initiatives that contribute to a positive culture and support retention efforts.
• 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as the primary or sole HR contact supporting a broad employee population.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and timekeeping systems; Dayforce experience is preferred.
• Strong judgment, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
