Pay: $23.25/hour
Make an Impact on the EnvironmentWe are seeking motivated Environmental Technicians to join a growing team focused on environmental cleanup, sustainability, and hazardous waste management. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to work in an industrial environment where you'll help support waste treatment operations, spill response, facility services, and environmental compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities- Safely handle, package, transport, and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations and company procedures.
- Perform industrial cleaning and pressure washing activities.
- Assist with wastewater treatment operations.
- Support hazardous material spill response and cleanup efforts.
- Perform general facility maintenance, site cleanup, and yard work.
- Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation.
- Follow all safety regulations, policies, and PPE requirements.
- Participate in training programs and apply learned procedures in the field.
- Support plant operations and assist with additional duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with hazardous materials.
- Experience performing general labor, environmental field work, or industrial cleaning activities.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, coveralls, hard hats, gloves, and safety footwear.
- HAZWOPER certification.
- Experience with hazardous waste management, spill response, wastewater treatment, or environmental services.
- Experience operating industrial equipment and tools.
This position is based at a busy environmental services facility dedicated to sustainability and environmental stewardship. You'll work both indoors and outdoors, supporting various environmental operations while collaborating with a team of experienced technicians. New employees receive paid training that combines classroom-style learning with hands-on job shadowing before transitioning to independent work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.25 - $23.25/hr.
