Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA (school or healthcare focus)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivering remote services
  • Background in school-based speech-language therapy preferred, but not required
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organization skills

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Consult with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Provide guidance for classroom strategies to improve communication skills
