• Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, and correctly processing items for storage or shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements
• Receiving materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying their quality, type, and quantity, and ensuring proper documentation is present
• Working in various temperature-controlled environments, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room as required
• Safely operating distribution equipment and following all safety and quality standards
• Completing required training and adhering to ISO standards related to distribution and quality policy

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Possess good communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Have some knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures (preferred)
• Are able to interpret team metrics and recognize deviations from standard practices
• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining strong attendance
• Are comfortable working under general supervision and learning new assignments through structured training
