Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go has partnered with a Home Infusion Pharmacy in upstate New York to hire a Staff Pharmacist. This is a full-time, permanent role with no contract period and a stable schedule. 

Position Details

• Direct hire / permanent position
• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Home infusion pharmacy setting

Responsibilities

• Review and verify IV medication orders
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians
• Communicate directly with patients regarding medications and infusion therapy
• Ensure accuracy and safety throughout the medication preparation and dispensing process
• Perform standard pharmacist duties within a home infusion setting

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted New York Pharmacist license
• Previous hospital or home infusion pharmacy experience
• IV compounding experience or strong IV compounding knowledge highly preferred
• Must meet applicable background requirements
