Pay Rate: $21/hour with weekly pay on Friday's
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Duration: 12 week temporary assignment

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Specialist? You’ll be:
• Reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices and payment requests in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts, verifying accuracy and authorization.
• Preparing and executing regular check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Bring 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
