Accounting Clerk

What You'll Do

• Enter vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable.
• Process weekly payroll, including regular and overtime hours.
• Support payroll tax reporting, garnishments, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial and payroll records.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service-related inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support and collaborate with internal teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or AP.
• QuickBooks experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
