Ridge Top Exteriors is expanding its Cedar Rapids team and looking for motivated sales professionals who want quality opportunities, transparent compensation, and strong operational support.

You’ll meet with homeowners who have requested information about roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or exterior doors. We provide the appointments, training, technology, and support—you bring the professionalism, drive, and ability to close.

This is a 100% commission role where you have direct control over your earning potential. Success is driven by your own performance, with the flexibility and autonomy to take ownership of your results. Individual earnings vary based on appointment volume, close rate, contract value, product mix, cancellations, and performance. During the interview process, we’ll explain how appointments are assigned, how commissions are calculated and paid, and what production is required to reach specific income levels.

What You’ll Do:

• Run scheduled homeowner appointments
• Conduct exterior inspections, including roof evaluations
• Recommend appropriate home-improvement solutions
• Present products, pricing, and financing options
• Guide homeowners through a professional, consultative sales process
• Close business and maintain consistent follow-up
• Coordinate a clear handoff to the production team
• Represent Ridge Top Exteriors with integrity

What You Bring:

• One or more years of sales experience
• Home-improvement or in-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• A self-motivated, coachable, and accountable mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and safely inspect roofs
• Availability for evening and Saturday appointments
• Commitment to treating homeowners honestly and respectfully
