This is a hands-on, multi-functional position ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, building and assembling products, and taking pride in quality workmanship.The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work comfortably in a shop environment. Experience with hand tools, fabrication, woodworking, assembly, painting, or general manufacturing is highly valued. Pay starts at $20/hour and may be higher for the right candidate based on experience and skill set.ResponsibilitiesUse a variety of hand tools and basic shop equipmentCut parts and materials according to specificationsBuild and assemble frames, cabinets, and other componentsAssist with finishing work, including painting and stainingPrepare materials and components for productionAssist with shipping and receiving activitiesLoad, unload, organize, and move materials as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shop floorProvide general support across various areas of the shopFollow instructions, measurements, and quality standards carefullyPerform other hands-on duties as needed to support daily operationsQualificationsMechanically inclined with a natural ability to work with tools and equipmentPrevious experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, carpentry, assembly, woodworking, or a similar hands-on environment preferredComfortable using hand toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to measure, cut, assemble, and work from basic instructionsDependable, hardworking, and willing to perform a variety of tasksAbility to work independently while also contributing to a teamProfessional appearance and a positive attitudeJob ID: #2905
