Pay Rate: $21.32/hr
Location: Mesa, AZ
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled and motivated Electrical Assembly Specialist to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and repair of electrical wire harnesses and assemblies used in advanced aerospace applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in building high-quality products that support mission-critical aerospace systems.
What You'll Do Wire Harness Fabrication & Assembly- Fabricate, assemble, modify, repair, and test production and prototype wire harnesses
- Build electrical assemblies and panels to engineering specifications
- Perform wire cutting, measuring, routing, stripping, crimping, soldering, and heat shrinking
- Work with various wire lengths, gauges, and electrical components
- Operate equipment such as:
- Wire strippers
- Crimping tools
- Soldering irons
- Heat guns
- Wire cutting and identification machines
- Utilize measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect assemblies for workmanship and compliance with specifications
- Utilize quality management systems to document non-conforming parts and processes
- Ensure all products are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD)
- Maintain required certifications and training
- Read and interpret:
- Blueprints
- Drawings
- Sketches
- Work instructions
- Technical specifications
- Accurately document work performed and report job status
- Work with Engineering, Quality, and Material Management teams
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Train and assist new team members in wire harness fabrication techniques
- Participate in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures
- Report unsafe conditions and potential hazards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using computers to access, enter, and record information
- Basic math skills, including:
- Addition
- Subtraction
- Multiplication
- Division
- Decimals
- Fractions
- Ability to work any shift based on operational needs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience constructing electrical wire harnesses and panels
- Experience with:
- Cutting
- Measuring
- Stripping
- Crimping
- Soldering
- Routing wire assemblies
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and written instructions
- Experience using hand tools and handheld power tools
- Ability to identify wire gauge sizes
- Aerospace, manufacturing, or electrical assembly experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation
- Commitment to quality and safety standards
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $21.32 per hour
