Systems Engineer

Job Summary/Company: Our client is looking for a mid-level Systems Engineer to work in a hybrid arrangement at Arnold AFB. Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact on national security? You understand your customer’s environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution. Due to client requirement, only US Citizens can be considered for this role

Responsibilities:

• lead the technical development and integration of Department of Defense systems.
• create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of systems from concept throughout the product lifecycle
• apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge and develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity in support of hypersonic testing and development.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• 5+ years of experience with systems design, integration, and testing activities
• Experience conducting system-level trade studies to identify and balance conflicting requirements
• Experience delivering complex aerospace hardware from concept to test
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
